PRICING

All product prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If VAT changes between your order and dispatch, we’ll adjust the amount unless full payment was already made.

We charge you when your order is dispatched and send a Dispatch Confirmation Email. You own the item once full payment is received.

If payment is late, we may charge interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until payment is made in full.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

ALLY IS LIMITED is not the manufacturer unless stated. While we aim to keep product info accurate, colours may appear different on screens, and packaging may vary.

We may make minor updates to products for legal, safety, or technical reasons without affecting functionality.


DELIVERY & PROCESSING

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 4pm GMT are processed the same business day. Orders after 4pm or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options:
Delivery options and fees are listed on our website. Charges include VAT.


DELAYS & NON-PERFORMANCE

If something beyond our control delays your order, we’ll let you know. We won’t offer compensation for delays, but you can cancel the order if it’s significantly delayed and receive a full refund for items not received.

If we can’t fulfil the contract due to such events, we’ll cancel it and refund any money paid for unreceived items.


ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You must return the product at your own cost (unless free returns were offered) within 14 days of notifying us. Send returns to:

Keep proof of return. No refund is given if we don’t receive the product or evidence of return.

We refund standard delivery charges but not extra fees for express or timed delivery.

If the product is unopened and unused, we refund in full within 14 days. If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund.


RETURNS

We follow legal obligations to ensure all products match descriptions on our site.

Include details of the issue and, if possible, a photo.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and notify you of return progress.

December Returns Extension: Items bought in December can be returned up to 31st December for holiday flexibility.


WARRANTY

If a fault develops within 12 months (not caused by misuse or wear and tear), we’ll repair or replace it. This does not affect your legal rights.


YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days: You can get a full refund for faulty goods.
  • Up to 6 months: If repair/replacement fails, you may get a full refund.
  • Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if goods don’t last a reasonable time.

PRODUCT USE

All products are for personal or home-office use unless agreed otherwise. Misuse or modification of products voids warranty and refund rights.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside mainland UK may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details.

Customs may inspect packages. You’re considered the importer and must comply with local laws.


ENDING OUR CONTRACT

We can cancel your order and claim compensation if you don’t accept delivery within a reasonable time.


OUR LIABILITY

We are responsible for losses caused by us unless:

  • The loss was not foreseeable.
  • It was due to an event outside our control (and we followed our stated process).
  • You didn’t follow instructions that could have avoided it.
  • It’s a business-related loss.

Some local laws may override these terms.

We do not limit liability for fraud, death, or injury caused by our negligence.


CHILDREN

We don’t sell to children under 18. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.


YOUR DATA

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Notice, available on our website.


COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

You can take legal action under English law. You may also file claims in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland if you live there.


OTHER TERMS

  • We may transfer this contract to another company without affecting your rights.
  • No one else has rights under this contract.
  • If any term is invalid, the rest still applies.
