Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.

If the product has been dispatched, return shipping is your responsibility (unless free returns were offered). Return the product within 14 days of notifying us using a tracked delivery service to:

Keep proof of postage.
If the product hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days of cancellation. If it has, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof of return). Refunds are issued to the original payment method at no extra charge.
If the product is returned in used or damaged condition (e.g. missing packaging, tags removed), your refund may be reduced or declined.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to report any issues or return an unwanted product. If there’s a fault after this period, we may offer a replacement under warranty.

Please include a clear photo or video of the issue and let us know if you’d prefer a refund or replacement.
Once we confirm the fault, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Return the item using that label.
You’ll receive automatic updates during the return process.
Note: We offer extended return periods from 1st to 31st December for holiday purchases.
